Here I go again ......

I swear that:

a) I have no self control when it comes to crisps
b) You can't beat a good Haribo and
c) I am a glutton for punishment.

So after a relatively successful start to the year, completing my 21 Day detox with @ChrisLuptonpt, I was full of confidence that I would once again be able to continue to with my weight loss and would once again get into my size 14 trousers :)

But, no, of course I fell of the waggon at the first sniff of a packet of Walkers and so here we are, 9 months later and once again I am back with Mr Lupton.
Back to no coffee, no booze and NO CRISPS :(((

Like last time I really enjoy the food, makes a change for me to make the effort and actually cook something for my tea rather than setting something to 'ping', also like last time I really hate (love) the exercise part of the program, I find that good whinge is an integral part of the exercise process :)

Well, I am happy to report that Day 1 went well food wise and I finally got to meet the rest of the gang at our first group workout session.  Now, it was bad enough before when it was just @ChrisLuptonpt to cope with when exercising, however we have to contend with double trouble as Chris is being joined by Chris Mackay, at least it means I don't have to learn a new name to scream when I hurt!
Needless to say the workout was hell.

Roll on Day 2.....
