Day 10 - Fast Again

I used to look forward to Friday's, not so much as the moment.

Friday is my fasting day, although to be fair, I'm glad it's a week day when I've got work to keep my occupied rather than at the weekend.

Guess what I had for breakfast, go on, have a guess...... yessssss that's right, I had chilli. Since making my chilli with turkey mince I find I really really like it, can't be doing with the smell of beef cooking, urgh!

And that was it, no more food for me, bring on the water.

The morning was ok, no lessons so no contact with food, however when the games began I was to be surrounded by samosas (sweet & savoury), scones (my absolute favourite) and soup (not such a favourite!)

Sometimes I surprise myself, food was being offered by the kids left, right and centre but I was strong, I was resolute and all offers were politely declined.

Made it to they gym and did another good work out, really pleased to row further than before and on an empty tummy too!

Sadly feeling a little peckish this week, last week I surprised myself be not feeling hungry at all, all change this week and rather than sitting at home fantasising about food, I went down the boozer. A little better, definitely stopped me thinking about food :)

Home and bed at a reasonable 10 past midnight, really looking forward to breakfast!
