Day 18 - Go Faster!!

Having made a total balls up of yesterday, I switched my fast day to today. The challenge being, could I a) would I remember I was fasting and b) could I last without food?

After 13hrs sleep, I know half the day but blimey I must of needed it as I usually get by on 6hrs a night. So after 13hrs I felt well rested and ready to face the day. Having decided to fast today I topped up on water and headed for the gym. So far so good - no food consumed :)

And the gym was great! Only me in the place for most of my workout meaning that there was no one about to hear my pain. Having missed a couple of workouts so far this week I am still playing catch-up and was working really hard, actually sweating and everything!

Tried a couple of new things in my gym session, a painful 5mins on the new style cardio wave, some toning work on my 'full house' bingo wings and yet another PB on the rower :))

A quiet afternoon followed, still no food, until finally I headed out to the pub. Still finding it surprisingly easy to stick to drinking water when I'm out, although it is surprisingly not that hydrating, often wake up with a dry mouth :/

A quiet night spent out and then home to bed, mission accomplished! Yay \0/
