My usual breakfast of turkey chilli kickstarts my day very nicely, I think I should write my recipe down for prosperity because it really is lovely!
Today was not a 'normal' day at work but it was good fun, especially when we were making moon rock buns and rocket shortbread, yum. Not one morsel passed my lips I'm very pleased to say :)
I talk about food a lot because my life revolves around food, this is what I do everyday, this no doubt accounts for the reason I'm undertaking this 21 Day Challenge with Chris!
After a mega shop ready for work tomorrow, I ran into the house (trotted), threw on my gym kit and hit the treadmill. Another breath taking workout, I swear this had better be worth it!
So, my telling off, well not really a telling off, but foolishly I had mentioned to /Chris earlier in the day that I kept feeling hungry at the end of the working day, but by time I got back from the gym I didn't feel like anything to eat, well, let the 'rant' begin! Let's just say that as a result of my little pep talk I will now be making sure that I try to fit in a snack after the gym :/
