Friday is my fast day and all was going well, had breakfast and was working my way through water to keep me going through the day. Got to lunch time and completely forgot I wasn't supposed to be eating and only went and had some flipping lunch! D'oh
This of course put me in a dilemma, should I just treat this as an ordinary day or begin my fast again? I went with the ordinary day option and have decided to fast tomorrow instead. I really hope this doesn't mess up the detox program too much! Can't believe how stupid i was, really, really crap.
Been a weird week all told, missing two gym sessions, really long days at work and just getting through my sweetie cravings, grrrrrr talk about disappointed in myself.
As a punishment I worked double hard at the gym and had an early night.
