Having thought I had got through my session with Chris unscathed I got up with confidence, well I would have got up if my legs and back had cooperated! Never have I felt such agony, my thighs were on fire, I kid you not! As for my back, well it twinged, I blame the kettlebells, not my poor state of fitness, obviously!
Once I got going it was a little better, but not brilliant, hey ho on with the day.
A normal work day passed without event, still in pain, still walking a little oddly, I headed for home. Via the supermarket to get supplies, I made it home (8pm).
Aaaaaaah a nice sit down and a bite to eat you might assume, oh no, under strict instructions from Chris to bring up a lung, I head to the gym! An excellent workout later, I managed to hold onto my internal organs just, thought the bike might force one up, I headed for home proper (9:50pm)
Decided to make chilli for tea, not a massive fan of beef, but battled through the smell and finally ended up with a pretty nice bowl of tea (10:45pm). Quick nibble and finally off to bed. Thank goodness.
Drifted off to sleep hoping for less aches and pains, fingers crossed :)
