So what would today bring, well as it turns out it brought a really long day. The day began with some killer steps, not going to get to the gym tonight so had to resort to Chris's horrid home exercises, plus I did a few squats to stretch out my still aching legs.
Chicken salad for breakfast, not as weird as it used to be. Not sure if that is good or not. Still sometimes think about toast and coffee but not enough to do anything about thankfully.
Busy day so lunch was missed, finally settled to tea of chilli, very very tasty, one of the best things I have made so far this week. Sadly I was still at work eating, but you've gotta grab the chance when you can :)
Left work at about 9pm, yet another supermarket visit on the way, finally landed at home at 10.30pm, another 17hr day done.
Too tired to eat and frankly not actually hungry. Any other week I would be reaching for bread and butter or crisps or whatever 'treat' I might have stashed away in the cupboard.
Not looking forward to tomorrow at all, it Lead Knicker Day (LKD) or weigh in day as everyone else knows it. LKD sums up how I feel as I approach the scales, always feel like I weigh a ton more than I did at the start of the week! Anyway that to worry about tomorrow, eeeek!
Just so you know, legs still aching and back still twinging, but do you heat me moaning??? Hmmm?? :)
